The urban visual landscape is so full of signage. Some is advertising, some is informational, directional. A huge amount of signage is connected to compliance. That is, signs that are required to be present to mitigate some identified or perceived risk. That might be risk of injury (health and safety), risk of invalid offers (consumer guarantees act) or even not-currently-present-but-potential risk.
I decided to create a sign that is deliberately meaningless, that ties into the visual language of the city.
